exists.
Most extortion and corruption goes unreported and unresolved, and people lose money, permits, cases and jobs because refusing alone feels impossible. Ndaramba changes the decision available at the moment the pressure is applied - by putting a lawyer within reach.
The name
“I refuse.”
Ndaramba means I refuse. It is a stance, not an accusation. The person being pressured refuses to pay - and the platform refuses, just as firmly, to expose anyone falsely. Both refusals matter. A tool built to fight corruption cannot itself ruin an innocent person’s name.
That is why the accusation you make stays sealed between you and your lawyer, and the public register shows only the shape of the problem.
